Are the ‘face of The Harlow Hotel by Accor, extending a warm welcome to our guests, putting their well-being at the heart of everything you do, while adding your personal touch to their stay.
Make the link with the different departments of the hotel to ensure a wonderful guest experience.
Are a passionate individual, dedicated to continuously improving the quality of the hotel's services.

To help you navigate your role, and support your success you will be trained in all front of house related functions and the safety of the property and people.
By joining us as a Receptionist, you will become part of a friendly team.
Our hotel offers 119 rooms. Having recently undergone a redesign, with new furnishings the hotel has a contemporary look and feel. Only 3 miles from the town centre, the hotel is an excellent location for exploring the local interests and the Essex County. Within an hour's drive from the hotel, you can also reach Cambridge. St. Albans, Southend-on-Sea, as well as many other places of cultural and natural interest.
Understanding things from our guest’s perspective is key, so while you are settling into your new role we will arrange a one-night stay for you to experience this first hand.
