RETAIL

We're a collaborative and creative team, utilising our expertise and passion in product and styling combined with state of the art technology, to provide a unique and personalised shopping experiences for our clients, both in store and online.

LONDON

Our two retail boutiques are located in London. Our flagship boutique is located on Brook Street in the heart of Mayfair, and comprises four stunning levels of architectural delight, a unique edit of luxury fashion, and allows for an immersive customer experience connected at all touchpoints.

THE ROLE

We are on the lookout for an experienced Fine Jewellery Specialist to deliver a seamless customer experience in our dedicated Fine Jewellery department. Based in our Flagship store on Brook Street you will utilise your in-depth Fine Jewellery knowledge and passion for product to connect with clients through storytelling. Working with unique product and one-of-a-kind pieces, you will adopt a commercial mindset in order to achieve sales targets, working across Men’s Fine Jewellery, Women’s Fine Jewellery and Fine Watches.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • You will create a one-to-one shopping experience for all Browns clients to deliver an experience that is memorable, personalised and feels luxury every time.
  • You will share expertise and knowledge on fine jewellery product with Browns customers and will follow up on any customer requests or special orders.
  • You will achieve personal sales targets to contribute towards the overall business targets.
  • You will work in partnership with wider departments across the business in order to maximise sales driven by fine jewellery products.
  • You will take accountability for visual merchandising in store, following guidelines and ensuring items are represented in the most appealing way.
  • You will manage the stock and security for the jewellery department and will conduct daily stock checks and resolve any discrepancies.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have proven experience within a luxury jewellery business.
  • You are GIA (or equivalent) qualified, preferably in diamond grading, colour stone grading, gem identification, and pearl grading.
  • You have a proven track record in achieving personal sales targets.
  • You are confident building and maintain relationships with a wide variety of clients and can manage your customer book effectively.
  • You have a keen interest in luxury jewellery and fashion and stay up to date with trends and designers.
