Our new clinic, 3D Aesthetics Medispa @ Champneys Health Resort in Tring, Hertfordshire, is opening its doors in June 2023, and we're seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients with a friendly and professional demeanour, ensuring they receive a warm and personalised experience.
- Manage the reception area, answering phones, and responding to email inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records of client information and treatment schedules.
- Provide clients with information about our clinic's services and products.
- Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the reception area and ensure all marketing materials are up to date.
- Collaborate with the clinic's Aesthetic Clinic Manager and team to ensure seamless communication and customer service delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- A passion for the aesthetic industry and a desire to learn more about the latest treatments and technologies.
Salary and Benefits:
OTE salary of £30,000+
