£9,200 per annum
Part time, 2 Days per week (Tuesday & Thursdays)

Role Overview
In this role you’ll ensure that customers and visitors have the necessary information prior to their visit to the centre and to offer an outstanding customer service to all attending the centre. You’ll be responsible for co-ordinating the flow of customers through the department, ensuring front of house security and Health and Safety.
What you’ll do:
- Full reception duties, arriving/and cancelling customers on instant booking system, checking customers details are correct, handing out required paperwork for appointments, end of day duties, printing daysheets, banking process, sorting results sheets, packing and sending samples, drug screen lists and filing.
- Assisting health care colleagues team with any queries and ensuring that the customer notes are available prior to the commencement of their appointment
- Monitoring levels of stock and stationery and maintaining an accurate filling system
- Offering outstanding face to face customer service
- Liaising with clinical colleagues to ensure a smooth and professional handover of client
- Handling formal customer complaints in a timely and empathetic manner
