Our client is a specialist sub-or across civil and geotechnical engineering, repair and maintenance operations, coatings, installation, and inspection. Their expertise encompasses services including rope access, scaffolding, tower scaffolding, roofing, and access platforms. They are now looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join their business. Duties to include: Ensure project costings are met Reviewing and agreeing variations Managing claims and payments Review, prepare and issue Forecast Final Account (Cost Report) Prepare monthly CVRs and cashflows Prepare, submit final account on completion of works Agree final account, secure retention release If you're interested in this opportunity, then please apply with your CV.
