A fantastic opportunity is available for an Experienced business development manager to join this proactive Letting Agency and have the ability to earn significant bonuses related to the growth of the portfolio. Working in a small team where teamwork is fundamental to our success. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a particular focus on customer service and helping to drive the business forward.
The successful candidate must have a proven track record within Real Estate Acquisition; a positive ‘can do’ attitude, extremely well organized and offer a first-class customer service at all times. You must have a full working knowledge of the current legislation, be proactive in your work ethic and thrive within a busy, fast paced environment.
Job spec:
Carry out property valuations for lease
Create and manage marketing campaigns
Complete property onboarding/offboarding procedure
Negotiate lease contracts with clients
Inspecting properties, including grounds and communal areas for damage and maintenance requirements and reporting findings
Notifying tenants of upcoming inspections and maintenance work
Maintaining property records, including signed leases, official complaints and log of income and expenses
Managing lease renewal and end of tenancy processes
Managing complaints from landlords, tenants and other relevant parties
Knowledge of HMO Licensing
Arla qualification preferred

Minimum of 2 years’ real estate acquisition experience
