Thornhill Clinic is a private clinic based in Luton and are looking to recruit another full-time receptionist/administrator to help our expanding business. If you can say yes to all the key skills, you may be what we are looking for:
You must have the following key skills:
- Computer literate in Microsoft, Excel, Word etc
- Experience of using CRM systems
- Be hard-working
- Have excellent customer service and telephone skills
- Be able to work under pressure
- Good spoken and written English
- Team player
- Multi-tasker
- Follow instructions
Desirable skills:
Experience of working within a clinic setting either NHS or private will be advantageous, but not essential as full training will be given.
Multi-lingual including Urdu and Bengali will also be an asset to us.
Salary will be minimum wage, pension scheme in place and 28 days holidays including bank holiday.
