We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills, to work as Administration Assistant/Receptionist in the Oral Maxillofacial department, Royal Stoke Hospital.

You will work closely with the administrative and clinical team supporting the work of the department in the provision of an efficient and effective service.
Candidates should possess a professional attitude towards their work and have the ability to work flexibly in a busy environment. You will ideally have experience of working as a receptionist and administrative processes and practices.
You will be required to work as part of a team, as well as being able to use your own initiative and prioritise your workload to meet deadlines. We are looking for someone who is flexible with their working hours.

The post holder will be required to undertake duties as appropriate including reception, making appointments, answering telephone enquiries, and assist in the co-ordination of waiting lists. The post holder will undertake other admin duties deemed appropriate within the department.
