We are looking for a vibrant, experienced and enthusiastic Front of House Receptionist to lead the team at Six Physio Parsons Green.
This clinic has been on Fulham road for over 20 years, so we are well-known in the area and some patients have been doing Pilates with us for the duration.
As an applicant you need to have good organisational skills, turn up to work with a smile & plenty of conversation and use your initiative. We're an upbeat team with very happy patients... which in itself speaks volumes.
Job description:
- As the first point of contact both over the phone and in person, you are personally responsible for providing a 1st Class Customer Service to our patients.
- Within the clinic you are a pivotal part of the team, liaising between patients and physiotherapists to ensure everyone has what they need.
- You will support the Clinic Director in maintaining the clinic and meeting targets.
Salary:
- From £24,000
- Discretionary annual bonus up to £2,000
Experience:
- Front of House experience essential
- An understanding of IT systems
- Training will be provided over 2 weeks
