Your role
With the opening of our brand new Head office and Distribution centre, we are now searching for someone to join us on this fantastic journey. You’ll be the first point of contact for people calling or visiting our office / warehouse.
This role is all about giving visitors an excellent first impression.
As well as greeting our visitors, you will be carrying out a variety of daily administrative tasks which will relate to ensuring our office standards are always met.
Your profile
Ideally you will have previous proven experience in working as a receptionist. You will promote excellent customer service by greeting all visitors in a professional and courteous manner. You will distribute enquiries by passing calls and messages to colleagues in an accurate, timely and appropriate manner, be able to work individually and prioritise visitors, calls and tasks.
Hours required: Monday to Friday 9.30am to 3.30pm.
