Wollaston Motors are looking for a Reception Team Leader.
Your role
You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers calling or visiting our showroom. As well as greeting our guests you will be carrying out a variety of daily administrative and housekeeping tasks relating to ensure our showroom standards are always met and supervising the Reception Team. It’s all about giving BMW customers an excellent first impression.
Your profile
The ideal candidate will understand brand image and be passionate about the customer experience, along with being committed, punctual and friendly. Interpersonal skills are essential, and computer skills an advantage. Customer awareness and a customer centric approach to all interactions are essential, as are the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure and be part of a busy team. You must be able to evidence relevant experience in a supervisory role, ideally where you have been responsible for ensuring sufficient resource through managing a team rota.
