The Role
In this role, duties will include, but are not limited to:
- providing a fantastic customer experience for all SUSU customers as their first point of contact on site, over the phone and via email
- handling card payments for SUSU box office and organising and maintaining the key list and making sure the handovers are correct.
- You will also answer customer queries in a positive and welcoming manner, and complete administrative tasks as required.
About You
No previous experience necessary – full training will be provided; however, you must have excellent communication skills, able to use computers, and be comfortable answering external phone calls.
