Job description
Diverse Abilites are searching for an HR advisor to deal with issues related to recruitment, on-boarding, performance, employee relations, and company policies. In this role, you will keep updated records of employees and research and implement the best procedures for recruiting and retaining staff members.
To be successful as an HR advisor, you should ensure that company policies are upheld and you should formulate job descriptions and write articulate policies relating to employment. The right candidate will desire to progress and develop the role whilst staying up-to-date with the latest recruitment policies and laws and effectively connect management and employees.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £28,000.00 per year
