About Hyatt Place - London City East
The 280-room Hyatt Place London City East, managed by Cycas Hospitality, occupies a prime position in the bustling district of Aldgate on Whitechapel Road, close to brick lane and minutes from the heart of London’s Financial district. Our hotel is the first property under the Hyatt Place brand in Central London, with our own roof top destination skyline bar 'PocketSquare.London’, and a Sicilian inspired Restaurant ‘Zoom East’, with two private event spaces and much more.
About the role –Reception Manager:
Reporting to the Front Office Manager functions as the strategic business leader of our guest voice and hotel reception operations.The Reception Manager is responsible for all duties of the front desk operation which includes: staff training, inter-department communications, and staff scheduling. The Reception Manager should possess strong communication skills and demonstrate leadership abilities. In addition to assisting in the operation of the Front Office operation and guest services personnel, this position will respond quickly to guest requests and/or feedback in a friendly manner and ensure that appropriate action is taken to guarantee guest satisfaction.

- Experience of working in Front Office operations - Hyatt Hotels experience prefered.
