Trevornick Holiday Park are looking to recruit a Reception and Bookings Supervisor to assist with the efficient operating of our busy Reception team.

Trevornick is family-run site situated on the coast of the stunning Holywell Bay offering a variety of accommodation including: Touring and Camping, Ready Tents, Statics, Luxury Lodges and Cottages and a number of onsite amenities such as: swimming pool, bars and restaurants, fishing ponds, golf courses and much more.

About the Position

We are seeking a proactive individual to support our Bookings Manager to deliver an outstanding guest experience from initial point of enquiry to departure.

Duties include (but are not limited to):

- liaising with booking partners to ensure smooth integration with our GemaParks booking system

- communicating within our internal teams to ensure guest expectations are exceeded

- dealing with feedback to ensure fair resolution of issues that may arise

- provide constructive guidance to grow & develop the bookings team

-assist the Bookings Manager with developing efficient and effective processes within the department

The Successful candidate will ideally possess a strong holiday park Reception background however full training will be provided.

This role will require flexibility as hours will include evenings and weekends on a rota basis.
