Operations Assistant Responsibilities:
- Providing general office maintenance and upkeep
- Processing and responsible for all invoicing
- Provide logistical support to all project-related events including launches, webinars and advisory group meetings
- Maintaining first point of contact for all staff and facility needs
- Managing office supplier contacts, negotiating renewals and seeking quotes for new services
- Recording invoices, payroll and staff expenses on Xero
- Providing administrative support to all projects, working with the project lead, project officers and key researchers from proposal to dissemination
- Previous experiences using Xero systems
- First-class time and diary management skills
- Strong communications skills and attention to detail
- Experience using computer software applications including the Microsoft Office Suite and other office technology
- High standard of personal presentation
