Do you have an analytic approach with great attention detail?
As a Realtime Analyst, you will work closely with management to ensure the right level of co-ordinators are available across all contact channels.
You will support all logistic teams by providing accurate and holistic data reports based on real time workloads such as call volumes, outstanding orders and emails.
This role will give you the opportunity to work in partnership with internal teams building strong stakeholder relationships and providing reports on their team’s performance, using multiple sources.

This all sounds great - What key skills do I need to apply:
- MS Office experience – intermediate level with EXCEL
- Expectational attention to detail, combined with a track record of delivering to operational targets
- Proven track record working in an information / reporting type role, or equivalent academic exposure
- Building internal and external cross matrix working relationships
- Knowledge within call centre processes would be an advantage
