About the team
You will be part of the Global Real Estate team based in London, working on a range of projects across EMEA and ensuring on-time delivery and user satisfaction. Our goal is to ensure that our employees are operating at their best, in a well-structured, inspiring environment whilst supporting the business rapid growth.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the regional real estate programme management strategy.
- Responsible for programme, project, change, risk, governance, engagement, budget, reporting, resource and real estate communication plans.
- Partner across matrixes with cross-function stakeholders, programme and project leaders to deliver successful projects.
- Develop and cascade stakeholder communication strategy plans with dashboards and executive briefs summarising programme progress, performance, risk, RAG and key information status.
- Facilitate continuous improvement and change management across project lifecycles to evolve playbooks, process maps, documentation and other material to drive quality and branding standards.
- Innovate thought leadership solutions to address challenges, opportunities, gaps, standardisation, optimisation, efficiencies and customisation.
- Create commercial business case presentations, data analysis with insights, innovation proposals and industry trends to influence and integrate into regional and global portfolios.
- Lead other projects as assigned across the region(s)
- BA/MA or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience opening/fitting out and designing offices
- Budget, data analysis with insights and financial management
- Prince, Lean, Agile methodology/certification experience a plus
- Real estate, facilities development & program management experience
- Navigates ambiguity and drives solutions with confidence and openness
- Culture champion. Navigates & leverages D&I for win/win opportunities
- Proactive, 'can-do,' detailed & organised with strong documentation skills
- Skilled in dealing with people of all levels of seniority and across different cultures
- Flexible and inquisitive to support a business going through rapid growth across various countries
- Experience managing cross-functional matrixed mixed scaled projects across internal/external stakeholders
- Strong networker and 'collaborator.' Leverages, utilises and indirectly/directly drives resources across a matrixed global organisation
