Responsibilities:
- Real Estate Learning: Gain practical knowledge and understanding of the real estate industry, with a specific focus on short-term rentals and property management practices.
- Social Media Assistance: Support the social media team by creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and implementing social media strategies to attract potential guests and increase brand awareness.
- Tenant Management Support: Assist with tenant management activities, including screening potential tenants, coordinating lease agreements, addressing tenant inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication throughout their stay.
- Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support to the team, including data entry, organizing property listings, and maintaining tenant records.
- Collaborative Projects: Contribute to collaborative projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, market research, and identifying new business opportunities within the real estate sector.

Requirements:

- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing principles.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Availability to work flexible hours
