Job description
Role: A wide ranging role that will include:
· Researching available properties that suit client needs and requirements;
· Offer appraisal and advice into rental values investment values;
· Collate information and present accurately to clients;
· Negotiation of purchase / lease terms and overseeing processes from start through to completion;
· Property Management including instructing and overseeing sub-contractors, checking / agreeing utilities, agreeing and managing service charges.
Qualifications: Applicants will hold a Degree or equivalent qualification at undergraduate or postgraduate level.
Skills: The successful applicant will benefit from:
· Reliable and responsible character;
· Strong organisational skills;
· Good communicator;
· Proficient user of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word;
· UK driving licence.

The company advises on the purchase, sale and management of commercial property, principally operating in the industrial and office sectors. Based in Edinburgh with operations throughout the UK. The company acts for Clients including a range of private and professional investors.

Salary: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
