We’re seeking a talented Property Sales Negotiator to become part of our team.

With both domestic and international buyers, we have ongoing relationships with many of the UK’s premier developers, including Berkeley Groups, Taylor Wimpey, Barratt Home and Knight Dragon. Our dedicated marketing team is skilled in producing consistently effective content, showcasing our brand and properties with a level of expertise that has genuine cut-through.
As our Sales Consultant, you’ll manage and convert the leads provided by us, but will also have the freedom to research and generate clients of your own on behalf of the company.
Responsibilities include:
- Registering and qualifying new buyers
- Building and maintaining lasting and productive relationships with clients
- Conducting property viewings, undertaking market appraisals, showcasing properties and highlighting their unique selling points
- Proactively following up with potential buyers, managing and negotiating offers to achieve the best possible outcome for both buyer and seller
- Working closely with the sales team to effectively promote properties and ensure accurate and up-to-date property listings
- Liaising with solicitors, surveyors and other stakeholders to help facilitate an amicable sales process.
- Keeping up-to-date with market trends, property values and local competition
- Achieving sales targets
- Liaising with clients throughout the marketing process, whilst providing regular feedback
Requirements
- 2 years residential sales experience
- Proven track record of successful sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well presented and articulate
- Driven and motivated individual
- Display a high level of customer service
- Being a team player and excelling in a fast-paced environment
The candidate will ideally have two years experience and either be qualified with Propertymark Level 3 Residential Sales, or in the process of completing the exams.

Working hours
Monday - Friday: 9am-6pm
Saturday: client and rota based
Basic £20,000, OTE £50,000 per year
