WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER:
TRAINING: Our comprehensive, 8 week training programme will give you the skills and knowledge you need to succeed within the estate agency industry. Spend 1 week residential training and then up to 7 weeks field based support and development.
OPPORTUNITY: We allow our Associates to do residential sales, lettings, commercial property, overseas and luxury.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for ambitious and driven individuals who are eager to launch their career in Estate Agency. As a Sales Associate running your own business within the world’s biggest and most successful brand, you will be responsible for working with clients to buy, sell, and rent properties. You will be the main point of contact for clients and will work closely with them to understand their needs and goals. Do not worry, we will guide you and support you during every step to ensure you have the knowledge and training to be the best!
YOUR ROLE:
In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business by prospecting for leads and cultivating relationships with potential clients. You will also be responsible for conducting property viewings, negotiating contracts, and providing guidance to clients throughout the buying or selling process.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
No prior real estate experience or formal qualifications are required, as we offer world-class training and support to help you succeed in your new role.
