As part of an exciting period of growth for AEG we are recruiting into the position of Quality Inspector to be based at our manufacturing site in Forest Row, East Sussex. Ideally with Inspection experience gained within a manufacturing or Engineering environment you will have an opportunity to really make a visible difference and contribution to our continued success.
You will be involved in the creation of inspection plans for new products working alongside multiple teams such as Engineering and Production, assisting with internal and supplier audits, conducting monthly review of inspection non-conformities and assisting the Quality department in preventative action programmes.
You will also be issuing non-conformance reports for rejected products and monitoring our calibration records, completing both internal calibrations and arranging external calibrations together with other related Inspection tasks such as Goods-In and First-Off inspections. An understanding of ISO9001:2015 and ISO13485 standards together with a basic understanding of pneumatic circuits, engineering principles and equipment calibration will enable to you to help us build on our success and growth.
AEG has recently introduced a Dynamic Four Day week with employees working 36 hours per week from Monday to Thursday.
