This graduate role offers a unique opportunity to be involved in the Quality function within a busy Manufacturing plant.
Duties & Key Responsibilities
- Assist with reviewing, updating and developing system control processes as well as the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems
- Work within the team to investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
- Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
- Involvement in identifying training needs and organising training interventions to meet quality standards
- Support the deployment of Faurecia Group policies relating to Quality standards and the monitoring of legal compliance with regulatory organisations
- Create work instructions for both customers and suppliers
- Participate and support improvement projects within the Quality department
Qualifications:
- Completed a year long industrial placement in a related industry
- Bachelor degree at 2.1 or above
- Completed degree within last 3 year period
- International mind set
- Enthusiastic, motivated and well organised
- Results oriented with strong written and oral communication skills
- Hardworking, flexible and reliable
- Able to work well within a team
- Self-confident, decisive and able to apply initiative

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 24 months
Salary: From £25,000.00 per year
