Job description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join an industry leading business, to help drive projects to success. If you are passionate about delivering results, have a solid background in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, and possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, please get in touch without hesitation.

This role will be based in central Ipswich and require the successful candidate to be onsite with the dynamic team a minimum of 3 days per week.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Produce KPI's and management information.
• Create comprehensive project plans, including timelines, tasks, and resources.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams.
• Continuously improve and streamline business processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £45,000.00-£60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ipswich, IP1 3HS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
