About The Role
An exciting role has become available to join our radio pharmacy team in Guildford, as a Quality Assurance Officer.
- Working with the site Qualified Persons to develop and administer the on-site Product Quality System, and to act as a site Quality Assurance representative whilst working with Guildford staff and staff from other sites within the group.
- To help ensure compliance with the requirements of good manufacturing Practice and Regulatory Rules and Guidelines.
- Work to ensure the Quality Management System is developed and managed in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice and to the requirements and standards set down in Company Policies
- To support site qualification and validation activities to ensure that regulatory requirements and timelines are met are met. Monitor the nature, extent and frequency of complaints and co-ordinate recall/withdrawal procedure.
- To prepare information for and participate in the site and group Quality Management Meetings and track the performance against KPIs and the specified standards.
- With the support of the Qualified Person to act as an advisor to the site team in aspects of Quality and Continual Improvements.
- To take part when required in site Inspections by Regulatory Authorities and ensure that the site is always Inspection ready. Support Continual Improvement where necessary as part of ongoing systems management.

Required Skills and Experience
As an ideal candidate you should have:
- Scientific graduate with a scientific background.
- Previous experience of working in a pharmaceutical QA environment and Knowledge and/or experience of working within a Quality Management System would be desirable.
- Ideally has a practical experience in activities of quantitative and qualitative analyses of active substances and of the necessary testing and checking to ensure the quality of medicinal products or associated relevant experience.
- Experience of (radio) pharmaceutical manufacture or Quality Control in a GMP environment would be advantagous.
