ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Checking of batch details on labels, cartons/ catch covers, foils, inner/ outer boxes, container etc while/ before packing.
- Sampling of in-process/ finished products/ validation samples
- To ensure that product should get manufactured as per approved Batch records
- Observe deviations during process and escalate the same to Supervisor
- On –line filling of formats of in-process checks
- GMP follow up on the shop floor.
- Observe safety procedures during work
- Line clearance for change over.
- Review of batch records for OTC.
- On –line review of batch records.
- Control and checking of in-process controls.
- Co-ordination for training with HR and other departments.
- To co-ordinate in preparation of Standard operating procedures.
- Any other job as and when assigned by the QA Chemist.
EDUCATION:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology or related disciplines.
EXPERIENCE:
· Minimum 4-5 years’ quality assurance and quality systems experience and manufacturing.
· Minimum 5 years of GMP industry experience working with chemical processes, analytical chemistry such as: HPLC, AAS, etc., and microbial testing is preferred.
· Demonstrated knowledge of SDLC.
· Strong understanding and hands on experience with QA processes and methodologies.
· Automated and performance testing experience.
· Experience with designing and developing test cases based upon system specifications documentation
· QA testing on web-based applications
Ability to begin on 1st shift and then move to 2nd shift after successful training
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
