Job description

We are actively looking for an experience Quality and Compliance Manager to cover care homes across Greater Manchester, Merseyside, and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for improving and maintain high standards across services.

Key Responsibilities of a Quality and Compliance Manager:

  • Managing a team of Regional Managers & Reporting directly to the Directors
  • Responsible for maintaining and improving services across the region. Building ongoing relationships with CQC and Local Services.
  • Auditing and Compliance of care homes across the group, work closely with regional managers and registered managers
  • Following company framework, policies and procedures
  • Assisting regional and home managers care delivery and effective governance and regulatory compliance

Quality and Compliance Requirements:

  • Previous experience within quality roles in the healthcare sector
  • Senior management experience
  • Understands CQC new and outstanding framework
  • Eye for quality and detail
  • Successful turnaround experience
