Job description

Main responsibilities include: assessment and treatment of complex patients as part of their acute journey; formulating recommendations and making onward referrals to meet existing needs and maximise patients' longer term potential; communicating clearly with the MDT across a range of settings and counties (including carers and families); maintaining HCPC, RCOT, Trust and department standards; contributing to quality service delivery and improvement work; maintaining continuous personal development whilst contributing to the development of others; providing clinical, managerial and wellbeing support to a small team; contributing to the leadership team within the department. - Please see job description.
