Job description

As a Rheumatology Specialist Nurse, working alongside the Consultant Rheumatologists and experienced Specialist Nurses, you will become an integral member of the Rheumatology team. The role includes initiating and monitoring specialist treatments in out patient clinics. Requesting, reviewing and acting upon appropriate diagnostics. Management of our patient advice line, responding to patient calls regarding condition and medications.

Compliance with local and national guidelines with respect to prompt treatment and follow up of patients with autoimmune conditions. Liaison with multi disciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care for patients receiving homecare therapies.
