We’re looking for a Quality and Compliance Lead to join our Quality Assurance Team in London (Whitechapel). You will be an integral part of the Quality Assurance Team; driving continuous improvement through audit and data analysis. The successful candidate will monitor activity across the business to ensure regulatory compliance, compliance with internal standards and procedures, and to ensure that best practice is well-embedded into everyday ways of working.

About the role:
The post-holder will be responsible for delivering the Quality Assurance framework ensuring that client care is delivered to the highest possible standard, and that any need for improvement is identified and resolved with robust action plans.
The Quality and Compliance Lead will be responsible for communicating key messages and presenting data to a number of different stakeholders including working closely with the Quality Assurance Manager to monitor quality KPIs through the monthly KPI report, and presenting end of year client health and wellbeing outcomes.
The Ideal CandidateAbout you:
It is essential you have prior experience in a quality & compliance role; conducting audits and overseeing compliance, along with experience in the social care sector.
Essential
Ability to audit with a high degree of attention to detail
Confidence identifying compliance gaps and setting action plans for others
Confidence giving feedback to others to drive continuous improvements
Good knowledge of CQC regulations, the Health and Social Care Act, the Mental Capacity Act and other relevant legislation
Good knowledge of health and social care best practice with the ability to identify this through qualitative audits
IT literate with a sound grasp of Excel and other data analysis tools
Able to analyse large data sets to identify themes, risks and make recommendations for improvements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills – able to present and explain findings and ideas to different audiences and in different formats
Ability to develop tools for maintaining excellent governance including process maps
Desirable
Experience working with Salesforce
Experience working with Google Suite of tools
Good working knowledge of Scottish regulatory requirements (the Care Inspectorate)
