Senior QA Engineer – up to £45k – Liverpool (Once a week)

We’ve partnered exclusively with one of the most renowned software engineering teams in Liverpool. This business has invested heavily in tech over the last few years, they’ve completely rewritten old systems and everything going forward is greenfield.

You can join them on this journey and play a key role in in the growth of their testing function. You will work in cross functional, agile teams on greenfield work for a large-scale platform used nationwide, they’ll help upskill and train you to a more senior level, give you the opportunity to lead pods and upskill in Automation Testing.

What you’ll be doing?

• You’ll be working closely with their Lead QA- gaining hands on experience with all aspects of API functional, Non-Functional, and automation testing.
• Developing and maintaining quality test scenarios and test cases ensuring that requirements are correctly implemented.
• Commercial cloud testing (They use Azure)
• Gain support in technical courses in topics such as SDLC, ISTQB and Test Automation.
• Identifying and logging bugs to feedback.
• Collaboration and communication are key for this!
• Experience of Agile teams and tech first companies are a big bonus.
