What you'll do

You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

  • You will be responsible for assisting in the efficient operation of the Purchasing department to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
  • Liaise with the various departments across the three UK properties to assist in purchasing orders and enquiries.
  • Be organised and proactive with daily general administration, routine purchasing and general purchasing enquiries in order to maintain hotel standards.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional service to both colleagues and guests across the properties
  • You’ll also show flexibility and creativity in dealing with guests’ special requests or any challenges that may arise during the day
