Skilled Labourer
Perpetual Partnerships are recruiting a Skilled Labourer on behalf of our property investments client located in Aintree.
Position:
The Skilled Construction Worker will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting the grounds management team.
- Assisting the roofing team.
- Assisting the joinery team.
- Site clearance.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license required; Must have a clean driving record
- Previous experience labouring a roofer or knowledge of roofing is essential
- Previous Joinery experience is also essential
- CSCS or PASMA is desirable
