Main Responsibilities
A wide variety of duties will form part of the role including:
- Processing purchase orders in line with MRP suggestions
- Processing purchase orders for non-inventory items and sub-contracting
- Expediting foreign and domestic suppliers to meet deadlines
- Ensure smooth delivery of goods and services to fulfil production requirements
- Checking and approving invoice discrepancies
- Processing complaints regarding incorrect deliveries.
- Effective stakeholder liaison
It is expected that the successful candidate will have a good level of relevant experience, excellent communication and IT skills.
Experience of ERP/MRP systems would be preferable but not essential.
This is a flexi-time contract.
