Job description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Centre Manager due to an imminent retiral based in our modern showroom premises in Whitehall Crescent, Dundee.
TSPC is the primary marketing tool for its member solicitor/estate agents in Dundee, Angus and North Fife and carries in the Centre and its online portals the majority of properties for sale in the Region.
Whilst some knowledge or experience of the local property market, or of property marketing generally may be an advantage, the successful candidate will primarily possess the drive, initiative and vision that TSPC requires to maintain and grow its market position in the years ahead. The ideal candidate would also have some sales, marketing and management experience.
Working with our current team, the successful candidate will have day-to-day responsibility for the management of the Centre and its staff and will take an active role in the management and supervision of accounting procedures, development of customer relationships and the proactive marketing, development and promotion of our services to members, other law firms and the public. The Manager will be expected to contribute knowledgeably and pro-actively to our ongoing IT and web development. In addition to technical competencies, The Manager should also be able to be an effective communicator with press, radio and television, and be prepared to represent the Centre positively in the media, and also be capable of effective communication with the board of directors to whom he or she will report.

Salary is dependent on experience.
