Job description

Purchase ledger / admin clerk required to join the group shared services team in a fast-paced customer-focused business.

Duties to include

  • Processing supplier invoices & credits and addressing queries
  • Supplier account reconciliations
  • Liaising with the warehouse regarding stock discrepancies
  • Assisting purchasing department with stock ordering
  • Assisting the management accountant when required
  • General department admin & ad hoc business support

24 hours per week. Working pattern ideally 4-5 hours per day, but times and days can be flexible to suit the right candidate.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 per week

Salary: £11.70 per hour
