Are you an outstanding, progressive and values-based leader seeking a new challenge? Do you have extensive knowledge and experience of healthcare quality improvement to become the next CEO of a charity focused on improving patient care?
Reporting to the Board of Trustees, you will be responsible for all strategic management and administration of HQIP. You will provide strong leadership for the Executive team, be effective in developing and managing the charity to deliver its objectives.
With a collaborative management style, you will be experienced in managing complex stakeholder relationships across internal and external networks, you will be a great networker and be able to build partnerships across organisations promoting professionally led quality improvement.
Focused on achieving results, you will ensure all activities are aligned with strategic aims and that the charity achieves its targets set out in its operational plan. You will have strong skills and experience in charity governance and ensure patients remain at the heart of HQIP’s work.
A proven track record in healthcare improvement including audit is essential; you will also have proven ability to work on a national stage, have experience reporting to a Board and have the skills to have persuasive influence over others to build strong partnerships at senior levels. You will be enthusiastic and creative, be full of personal drive and strong self-management. Excellent communication skills are a given.
HQIP is a fully remote organisation and this role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis.
Salary c£120,000 per annum plus benefits
Ideally you will be able to start May 2023 to allow a handover with the retiring CEO.
