Job description
- Coordinating logistics for off-site and on-line Board Meetings including invitations, booking locations and facilities for attendees. Ensuring a professional and seamless experience for all;
- Using existing reports to build analyses for publishers to use in proposals, reports, editorial appointments and meetings;
- Collaborating with internal teams to record Best Practices and implement improvements;
- Owning administrative tasks to support the publisher in the smooth running and success of our journals;
- Managing various systems to ensure that data is up to date and accurate;
- Communicating authoritatively and widely to ensure that tasks are kept on track and any problems resolved.
- Have great organizational skills and be able to provide timely and consistent support to teams;
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate an eye for detail
- Be able to gather data for analysis from several sources and systems and present in a clear and readable format;
- Be assured in asking questions, understanding what is being asked and collaborating with publishers to provide the correct data.
- Have excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office with proficiency in Excel and the ability to learn new systems;
- Enjoy collaborating with teams to deliver projects that help make a difference.
