This post currently covers 5 days per week but may on occasion cover weekend working.
We are looking for a confident and organised individual to join the Public Health Department based in Cameron House, Windygates.
This role is to provide administrative support to the Public Health Department. This is a permanent post being created following the Public Health Department’s response to the COVID -19 Pandemic. Skills and competencies associated with previous experience to a high level within a secretarial post are essential. Skills in preparing reports and presentations will be required.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to use your own initiative and work as part of a wider team are essential. The aptitude to work to strict deadlines, under pressure with minimal supervision is also required.
You should be educated to HNC level or have equivalent experience. Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages is essential. Experience gained in a health care setting would be advantageous.
