Salary: £25,629 – £26,913 per annum
Work Location: Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, N22 7TR
Expected Duration: 18 months – 24 months.
Hours: 36 hours per week, Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
Closing Date: Sunday 27th August 2023

About the role:
The Major Projects Delivery Team is seeking an ambitious apprentice join us and embark on a career in construction project management. As part of a very busy Major Projects Delivery Team, you will be responsible for supporting Project Managers in all aspects of project management , assisting with tasks related to ‘Place’ themed projects that promote safe, clean green spaces for connected communities where people can lead active and healthy lives. You will provide support and assistance involving administration, project monitoring, budget control and other tasks that support the team. You will not be expected to have full knowledge of duties but will be working towards learning the role and being able to fulfil it with minimum supervision.
To help you achieve the Level 4 qualification in Associate Project Management you will be working in a large, busy, cohesive, inclusive and diverse team consisting of approximately 30 staff working towards delivering major capital construction projects across the Borough of Haringey, contributing to wider Borough Plan objectives.

About the role
To be successful in applying for this opportunity, you will have:
- C or above in at least 5 GCSEs including English and Mathematics, and hold a minimum of 40 UCAS points, or equivalent (A-level grade B and above)
- Excellent communication skills.
- Competent IT skills.
- Strong organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Strong administration skills.
