  • Collaborate with the Product Mangers to help execute the product strategy in-line with the overall business strategy
  • Work with marketing and product developers on launch planning which include identifying key user groups, marketing new features or releases and ensuring documentation & user guides are updated
  • Conducting market and competitor research for your product and/or services
  • Lead and manage your own product with support from Product Management and other stakeholders in Innovation

Experience, skills & traits we're looking for in our Junior Product Manager:

  • 6-12 months minimum industry experience in Product Management or a similar related role such as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Project Manager, User Experience Researcher/Designer or Software Developer
  • A passion for product design and usability
  • Grasp of UX and agile product development processes
  • Architectural / process brain with an understand of user journeys: how to measure and improve them
  • Highly curious and analytical; a usability detective, pouring over analytics, continuously testing and questioning to find a better way
  • ‘Scientific’ approach to product changes, coming up with hypothesis and testing them to arrive at the best solution
  • You’ll be a good communicator, assisting Product Managers to gather complex stakeholder requirements and keeping everyone informed
  • Customer-centric mindset - passionate about customer experience and usability
  • Highly organised. You’ll be comfortable learning new systems for logging ideas, requests and other product-related information so you never miss or lose a thing
