You must have the drive and be self motivated to push yourself to be the best Sales Advisor possible!
As a Life Insurance Adviser you will be on hand to recommend the very best suite of protection insurance products to our customers to give them peace of mind.
You will be the first Lifesearch representative to speak to each customer following their enquiry, so making a first great impression is key.
Your job is to conduct a thorough fact find over the phone with the customer to establish their wants and needs and then find the right policy for them.

This role would suit people with experience in the insurance industry or other highly driven sales with sales experience looking to move into this thriving industry.
The role is based in Bradford/Leeds but could be home based for the right candidate.
Self Employed Hybrid Position - Basic provided for 6 months - plus excellent commissions
Working for biggest Protection broker in UK that has been in the market leader for over 20 years
Responsibilities and Duties
- Calling Clients Manually and through the dialler
- Conducting customer fact finds
- Organising and managing your diary
- Advising on the best solution for client
- Managing clients expectations
- Working within FCA compliance framework
Qualifications and Skills
The role involves speaking to both existing and new clients about their insurance needs. You must be used to dialling out lots!
As a Life Insurance Adviser you will be focused on selling & advising our products to a number of clients on a daily basis in order to generate new business.Desirable requirements. To be successful in this role you should possess some of the following skills or expertise
- Highly motivated willing to work hard and long hours for excellent commissions
- Able to work autonomously and to targets
- Driven to provide best solution for client
- Excellent organisation skills
- You must possess also excellent communication skills, work well within a team environment and have that all important winning attitude.

Successful candidates should be looking at OTE of £30,000 - £70,000 in their first year
