Project Analyst role

About the role
Your journey will begin with us at ea Change, where you will join our friendly team, ready to be deployed onsite with our clients to work on a project of theirs. You will initially embark on this journey as a Project Analyst under the guidance of an established Project Manager or Business Analyst, learning the necessary skills needed to work in a Change environment. Our in-house Change experts work closely with your on-site manager to guide your career into either an Analytical or Project Management direction. This opportunity is a fast-track into an exciting and dynamic world where forward-thinking, innovation, and confidence to express oneself are the key to success.
We understand what is needed to work in the challenging environment of business change and we will support you throughout your time with our clients. With monthly catchups with ea Directors, a buddy system for a phone call at any time, training and mentorship provided by our in-house Change experts, and a fully funded, bespoke, accredited training programme; our Project Analysts are an integral part of the ea family.

Requirements
- An undergraduate degree,
- An enthusiasm to work in Change and IT,
- Right to work in the United Kingdom,
- Strong soft skills such as communication and problem-solving skills.

£25,000 (with annual reviews)
