Overview:
This role will support our Vocalink business. Vocalink Limited (VLL) is supervised by the Bank of England because of the importance to the UK economy of the services it provides to payments schemes.

Role:
The role will be part of the newly formed VLL Business Transformation Office (BTO) with the following key objectives:
Work across VLL and MA stakeholders to identify areas of potential improvement, develop strategies to implement changes
Support BTO and initiatives on analysis and design
Translates data into cutting-edge conclusions for decision making and strategy development
Works with BTO Program Office to create and manage key performance indicators, metrics and management reporting packages to ensure balanced, objective and complete reporting that meets the needs of the organization
Partners with key stakeholders to design and deliver complex metrics, dashboards and reporting packages to address critical or urgent information needs
Experience providing alternative analytical solutions that have a lasting operational and financial impact

All about you:
Proven expertise in PPT, Excel and Visio.
Crafts content/resources to develop impactful and energizing stakeholder engagement to drive the transformational change agenda throughout the organisation
Actively listens and shows understanding of key business issues and stakeholder priorities by highlighting areas in need of further research and/or review
Applies knowledge of long-term goals in evaluating day-to-day activities for risks, applies analytical thinking when processing complex information and displays judgment to know when to escalate issues and liaise with stakeholders for resolution of the problem
Applies knowledge of key internal and external partners when participating and supporting senior colleagues in meetings (e.g. taking notes or contributing ideas during partner meetings, but not leading)
Applies detailed understanding of changing business environment and its impact to confirm requirement specifications for management purposes and develop IT and business solutions that meet key Mastercard objectives
Experience providing alternative analytical solutions that have a lasting operational and financial impact
Experience delivering presentations and engaging with senior leadership
Demonstrated success building relationships and delivering results on a key strategic initiative
