Salary: £31,000.00 to £35,000.00 dependent on location and experience (salary is inclusive of London weighting, pro rata (21 hours per week)
Location: London based but other locations will be consider (hybrid working)

Your role as a Prospect Development Manager is pivotal in propelling our Fundraising Team towards securing the essential resources to fuel the life-transforming initiatives of Prince’s Trust International. A cornerstone in our endeavor, you will harness your expertise in delivering meticulous prospect research. Your reach will span high-value fundraising encompassing individuals, corporations, trusts, foundations, and institutional donors. With an unwavering pulse on philanthropic trends and opportunities, you'll drive pipeline performance by feeding prospects through the fundraising journey. Ethical considerations and due diligence will be your guiding principles, ensuring impeccable standards. Additionally, you'll provide valuable support to uphold the responsible and compliant use of supporter data. As our Prospect Development Manager, you truly become an indispensable thread in the fabric of our Fundraising Team.
Your journey with us will encompass a spectrum of responsibilities: conducting rigorous and compliant prospect research, spearheading ethical and due diligence protocols across the team, crafting insightful biographies for key events, elevating the team’s prowess in ethical research practices, and disseminating funding insights and trends. You'll seamlessly update CRM systems, diligently manage prospect allocation, and serve as a beacon of best practice for the fundraising compliance.
