THIS IS AN OFFICE BASED POSTION
United Insolvency are looking for Live Chat customer service agents to join our growing team.
You'll use your natural warmth, energy and personality to help as many customers as you can each day. We'll help you to develop the skills needed to build strong customer relationships, take ownership, and deliver that great customer experience via our online live chat.
The difference you will make.
- Helping customers each day by answering Online Chat, WhatsApp, SMS and Facebook messages
- Assisting customers with day-to-day transactions and enquiries via Online Chat, WhatsApp, SMS and Facebook messages
- Helping to keep our customers and the company safe
- Solving problems and escalating issues when necessary
- Updating customer records
What you will bring.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills
- Strong computer and numeracy skills It would also be nice for you to have.
- Resilience and problem-solving skills
- Experience with live chat is desirable but not essential
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure quality standards are maintained
- Flexible, approachable and works well under pressure
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £19,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus scheme
