Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients, becoming their trusted HR partner.
Onsite Engagement:You'll have the opportunity to work directly with clients, sometimes onsite, to gain valuable insights into their unique HR needs.
HR Expertise:Leverage your excellent HR knowledge and CIPD qualification to provide expert guidance to clients and colleagues alike.
Varied HR Duties:From recruitment and employee relations to well-being initiatives, training programs, and strategic planning, you'll have a diverse range of responsibilities that keep every day exciting.
Team Collaboration:Work closely with our outstanding team of HR professionals who are dedicated to delivering excellence in every aspect of HR.
Client Visits: Be prepared to travel beyond Ipswich to visit clients, ensuring we provide personalised HR solutions wherever they may be located.

Qualifications:
· CIPD qualified or equivalent HR certification.
· Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Salary: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
