Propositions Delivery Specialist
Location: London Speechmark + (Hybrid)
Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri

The Mobile Propositions team is focused on rapidly growing Vodafone’s market share by bringing to market innovative, customer orientated propositions that embody our challenger spirit.
The Propositions Delivery Specialist will be responsible for delivering the Mobile Marketing roadmap and/or enhancing our current product experience, defining the proposition specification to exacting standards and delivering an exceptional e2e customer experience. The products that will fall within this remit are across a selection of areas including the SIMO, Handset and Mobile Broadband range.
What you’ll do
As the Propositions Delivery Specialist you will also own the experience targets and NOS for your products as well as driving swift and efficient proposition changes and working closely with and influencing our key delivery partners, such as IT and Digital.

Deliver the Mobile Propositions roadmap for Vodafone UK – including defining the customer experience based on customer insight and commercial needs.- Obsess over how our products perform for our customers and how they effect key business targets such as churn.
- Deliver the proposition and product roadmap for your product, including driving key investment and prioritisation choices with wider business stake holders.
- Understand and be a strong voice to shape the desired Customer experience journeys including a strong digital first mindset for any new enhancements you will be leading, working in collaboration with our dedicated ecommerce team.
- Lead on the full E2E delivery of your proposition. This includes driving key partners to ensure a flawess exection from a technical and commercial point of view.
Who you are
Understanding of the Consumer Mobile market, ideally having worked within a proposition and/or product role- Exceptional influencing skills and cross functional working ability
- Track record of insight-led delivery, including a flawless execution record where you put the customer at the heart of the change
- Experience delivering multi-area impacting change projects, with proven benefits delivery record
- Ability to champion the voice of your customer within the business to drive effective decision making
