Job description
As a sales/ Bookkeeper assistant your time will be divided up between working with our accounts and our sales team. Candidates should have a good understanding of spreadsheets with previous bookkeeping experience or in a similar environment. Must be self-motivated with excellent communications skills, must be able to adapt to the changing needs of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Processing invoices
- Data entry
- General office admin
- Customer service/sales
Requirements:
- Good understanding of spreadsheets and VAT
- Basic understanding of Xero
- Must be able to work 1 Saturday in 4
Monday – Friday
10am – 3pm
Saturdays
10am – 3pm
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 27 per week
Salary: £12.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Experience:
- bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
